We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unused and returned with its original packaging and tags. If your item has a quality issue, contact us before returning it so we can help.

To start a return, email info@kingcampoutdoorsstore.sbs with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send an item back before contacting us.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we process the refund within 1-2 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 7-10 business days to post the refund to your original payment method. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
If an item is returned outside the 30 calendar day window, is used, is damaged by the customer, or is missing original packaging, we may not be able to approve the return. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery and we will review the issue.
