kingcampoutdoorsstore ships to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or addresses outside the contiguous United States at this time.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing usually takes 1-2 business days. After an order leaves our warehouse, delivery usually takes 3-5 business days. Standard shipping is free for orders shipped within the contiguous United States.
We choose carriers based on the destination, package size, and service level. The carrier may vary by order. When tracking is available, we send it to the email address used at checkout.
If tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, email info@kingcampoutdoorsstore.sbs and we will check with the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses, or packages that are lost after delivery confirmation. If you notice an incorrect shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
